Five
Week Intensive Courses
HOLLYWOOD
SWING 1
This
course is designed to teach all the basic footwork, moves &
styling. Emphasis will be on a basic 6 count rhythm and is ideal for
complete beginners or as an introduction for those who have danced
other swing dance styles.
5
week courses start: Mon 14th Oct (7.00pm - 8.00pm), Thurs
24th Oct (7.15pm
- 8.15pm),
Wed 13th Nov (6.30pm -7.30pm). Cost £35 per person.
HOLLYWOOD
SWING 2
This
course assumes participants have mastered all the basic 6 count
styling and footwork.
The
course will concentrate on 8 count figures with particular emphasis
on The Whip (the classic Hollywood move) and its
variations. To participate in this course you must have done
Hollywood Swing 1 or attended one of our Introduction to
Hollywood workshops, or have previous experience in this style.
5
week courses start: Thurs 24th Oct (8.30pm - 9.30pm), Mon
18th Nov (7.00pm - 8.00pm). Cost £35 per person.

OFFER: Book onto HS2 when you book HS1 & the cost is reduced to
£25 per person for HS2)
HOLLYWOOD
SWING THREE
Not
for beginners! This course assumes you are familiar with all the
basic 6 & 8 count patterns and are familiar with Hollywood
styling. You will be increasing your repertoire with more moves and
variations and develop your styling. The difficulty level will increase.

week courses start: Mon 14th Oct (8.15pm - 9.15pm), Wed 13th Nov
(7.45pm - 8.45pm). Cost £35 per person.

HOLLYWOOD
SWING FOUR
Again
strictly for those who have participated in our other Hollywood
Swing courses or have done this style previously to an intermediate
level or beyond.

intensive course designed to give you a basic grounding in Hollywood
Style. All the basic moves and styling compressed into one day. Ideal
for complete beginners or for people who have done other swing styles
and want to get to grips with Dean Collins styling.
